Our San Juan Capistrano office has an exciting career opportunity for a Project Manager/Project Architect. We are looking for an Architect passionate about, and experienced with Residential projects including; Affordable Housing, Public Safety and Commercial projects to provide project management to current and new projects, cultivate new and existing client relationships, and help build our Architecture team and practice in Southern California.

The Architect, will work with our Architectural teams in our Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo offices on a variety of Affordable Housing and Public Safety projects. Over time, this position will help develop and lead our Architecture staff and the diversity of project types within our San Juan Capistrano office. The Architect will have project management duties including directing support staff, client management, and schedule and budget management. Travel for business will be required for project work and interoffice coordination. This ideal candidate  is expected to be able to effectively delegate assignments, direct and manage research of code requirements, laws, and official records, and ensure quality control in document and plan preparation.

Position requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in architecture
A California Architectural license
A minimum seven (7) years’ architecture experience Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and design skills.
